After Hours Emergency 250-640-3784
As a General, Mixed Animal Practice, we provide Emergency Services for our current clients (*have been in to see us in the past 24 months). Just like humans, our animals sometimes need emergency treatment. This can be because of an accident or injury, or sometimes just from the sudden onset of serious illness. We know how important it is to get these valued members of your family access to treatment as soon as possible.
What to expect (Call our clinic at 250-640-3784 and select #3 option)
We provide haul-in emergency services for large animals. When you contact us after hours, the Registered Veterinary Technician will take your information, including client and the emergency details. A message will then be sent out to the team member that is on-call. If we feel that your animal does need urgent medical assistance, we will provide you with the next steps for receiving emergency treatment. We may contact you via telephone or text message. It may be necessary for the RVT or Dr to return your call for more information or to provide instructions; please be sure that you accept private callers. We cannot return your call otherwise.
We apologize for the inconvenience but we currently do not provide small animal emergency services.
